Wolffkran will introduced the WOLFF 8095 Compact, its first trolley jib crane in the 900 mt class, at bauma 2025. Designed to maximize point-bearing capacity at full jib length, this new addition to the Wolff Compact series enhances flexibility and lifting capacity for demanding construction environments.
The WOLFF 8095 Compact is available in two variants. The WOLFF 8095.25 is a two-fall model with a maximum lifting capacity of 25 tons and a peak load capacity of 10.5 tons at an 80-meter jib length with WOLFF Boost. The WOLFF 8095.40, is meanwhile, a convertible two- and four-fall model featuring an automatically couplable and separable double trolley, with a maximum lifting capacity of 40 tons.
Enhanced Performance and Innovation
The WOLFF 8095 Compact features automatically couplable double trolleys, allowing crane operators to adjust load distribution seamlessly. This reduces the need for manual trolley separation, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
In four-fall operation, the WOLFF 8095.40 can lift up to 40 tons, while still achieving a lifting capacity of 8.6 tons at maximum jib length with WOLFF Boost. When operating in two-fall mode, the crane delivers a point-bearing capacity of up to 10.3 tons, making it one of the most powerful cranes in its class.
The high lifting capacity is achieved through: Separable trolleys, reducing individual component weight; Four-chord jib construction in the first three sections, optimizing force distribution and lifting strength; and 110 kW hoist winch, capable of speeds up to 160 m/min, with an option to reduce power demand by up to 50% for improved energy efficiency.
Compact and Adaptable Construction
Thanks to its compact tower top, multiple cranes can be positioned close together, reducing overall height requirements on congested sites. A hoist rope support minimizes rope sag, mitigating collision risks with adjacent cranes.
- Jib length adjustable in 5-meter increments (30-80 meters).
- Compatible with TV 29 and TV 33 tower elements, allowing freestanding heights up to 100 meters.
The WOLFF 8095 Compact is designed for straightforward assembly, requiring only a 350-ton mobile crane. The tie-ins for the jib can be adjusted from the tower top without additional mobile crane assistance.
Key safety and efficiency features include:
- Electronic overload protection with WOLFF Boost.
- Anti-collision interface.
- Fine positioning modes for hoisting and trolley travel.
- WOLFF Link remote maintenance system for real-time crane monitoring.
The WOLFF 8095 Compact has already generated significant industry interest ahead of its official launch. Visitors at bauma 2025 (April 7-13) will be able to see the crane’s 30-meter jib extended over Wolffkran’s booth (Outdoor Area South, Booth 902/7), offering a close-up look at its cutting-edge design and double trolley system.
