Palazzani Industrie wrapped up a successful showcase at Bauma 2025 by unveiling a series of new eco-conscious and compact spider lifts that generated considerable attention from dealers, end-users, and industry professionals around the world. Exhibiting at stand FS 907 A/1 in the outdoor area of Messe München, the company reinforced its commitment to innovation, versatility, and environmental sustainability in the access equipment sector.
At the heart of its display was the debut of two brand-new towable platforms—the TZJ 160 and TZJ 180—as well as electric updates to its flagship models, including the XTJ 52+ ECO, the tallest electric spider lift in the Palazzani range, and the TSJ 30.1 ECO, a popular lightweight solution for sensitive environments.
TZJ 160 and TZJ 180: Ultra-Compact, Towable Platforms
The TZJ 160 and TZJ 180 represent a new generation of super compact, towable spider lifts with articulated booms and jibs, designed for work in confined spaces and on challenging terrain. With a maximum platform capacity of 230 kg—and a hook option supporting up to 250 kg—these platforms are ideal for both personnel and material lifting.
Their compact form, extendable tracks, and integrated inclinometer enable safe, stable operations across uneven ground. Powertrain options include a standard Honda gasoline or Kubota diesel engine, with an optional electric motor. ECO, ECO PRO, and HYBRID variants are expected to follow soon, expanding the range’s sustainability credentials.
Operators benefit from an intuitive control system that offers real-time diagnostic and positional data, while the unobstructed basket design allows for full up-and-over clearance—ideal for maintenance and installation tasks in tight quarters.
XTJ 52+ ECO: Electrifying Heights
A standout of the Palazzani display was the XTJ 52+ ECO, the company’s tallest fully electric spider lift. Designed with a 52-metre working height and a 19.5-metre outreach, the platform also boasts a fast and flexible Type 2 charging system for improved operational uptime.
The machine drew praise for its ability to seamlessly operate in complex environments such as urban centres, infrastructure projects and indoor facilities. It was shown at Bauma equipped with a 980 kg-capacity hydraulic winch and an optional basket lifting kit—adding to its credentials as a multi-purpose industrial tool for both personnel and material handling.
TSJ 30.1 ECO: Clean and Capable
The TSJ 30.1 ECO, soon to be delivered to Italian company Michelangelo – Lavori e Noleggi, also made an appearance. The fully electric model is tailored for quiet, zero-emission operation on delicate surfaces and in enclosed environments such as museums, malls, and theatres. With compact dimensions and full electric drive, it represents the growing market demand for clean, compact lifting solutions.
Palazzani’s Green Vision
Speaking at the conclusion of Bauma 2025, Paola Palazzani, President of Palazzani Industrie, said the response to the company’s ECO and TZJ lines validated its user-driven approach to design.
“The development of the ECO range and the launch of the new 16 and 18-metre TZJ models are our concrete response to a market that demands compactness, user-friendliness, and sustainable solutions,” said Palazzani. “With these models, we once again confirm our ability to innovate without ever losing sight of the reliability and passion that have set us apart for over 90 years.”
With growing demand for compact, agile, and environmentally friendly access machines, Palazzani’s 2025 range underscores its strategic vision for the future — one that balances high performance with sustainability and ease of use.
