Musanadah, a Saudi Arabian integrated facilities management firm, has officially launched Mserve, a full-service property maintenance brand targeting both residential and commercial customers across the Kingdom.
The new division will offer dedicated services through two distinct arms: Mserve Home, focused on household maintenance and maid services, and Mserve Business, providing MEP and facilities management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, commercial spaces, and property developers.
Mserve is designed to fill a gap in Saudi Arabia’s growing home and property maintenance market, offering high-quality, reliable services that meet internationally recognised standards. Operating as a division of Musanadah, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alturki Holding, the service draws on the expertise of more than 1,700 technicians, cleaners, and support personnel. Musanadah itself is certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and aligns with best practice bodies including BICSc, IAM and ISSA.
“Our market research and gap analysis of the Saudi market revealed a clear need in the home and property maintenance sector,” said Nigel Wright, Managing Director at Musanadah. “Large FM companies focus on major commercial contracts, while the rest of the market is fragmented and inconsistent. Mserve was created to perfectly fill this gap – offering a dependable, professional and high-quality solution.”
Services offered under Mserve Home include routine maintenance, air conditioning repair, plumbing, electrical services, move-in/move-out cleaning, landscaping, and maid support. Customers can select between one-time visits, annual plans, or tiered packages in Bronze, Silver, and Platinum formats.
For commercial clients, Mserve Business provides integrated FM and MEP services, pest control, HVAC duct cleaning, as well as developer-focused solutions like snagging, pre-handover support, and defect liability period (DLP) management. The division also offers static teams for larger projects and rapid-response units dispatched from a centralised, CaFM-enabled call centre.
The rollout begins in Al-Khobar, Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, followed by expansion into King Abdullah Economic City and AlUla, with more cities to follow.
Muhammad Shahzad, Director of Mserve, commented: “We are proud to be a 100% Saudi-owned operation, always placing our clients at the centre of what we do. Our commitment is to punctuality, transparency, and service quality—on time, every time.”
Musanadah was named Best FM Company in Saudi Arabia at the 2024 SBIS Awards and continues to expand its role as a key player in the Kingdom’s dynamic facilities management sector.
