JLG Industries, Inc has expanded access to its e-commerce platform, Online Express, across Europe. For the first time, any VAT-registered customer can now register and pay by credit card to order parts directly from JLG.
The move makes it easier for JLG equipment owners to browse interactive manuals, search parts by machine or serial number, and complete purchases with a few clicks. Whether supporting a single unit or managing a mixed fleet, operators now have faster access to genuine OEM parts and tools to streamline maintenance.
Key benefits of the platform include same-day shipping on in-stock items for the JLG range of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers ,and access to what JLG says is the industry’s largest inventory of OEM and competitive parts, and comprehensive order management functions such as shipment tracking and re-order shopping lists.
For customers with a subscription, Online Express also integrates with the ClearSky Smart Fleet desktop portal. Through this, users gain visibility of fleet locations, machine health, and performance data, combining parts procurement with connected equipment insights.
