Featured Equipment and Solutions at MINExpo
Niagara F-Class Vibrating Screen
Haver & Boecker Niagara will highlight the full-size Niagara F-Class vibrating screen at the event. This next-generation screen is designed with new technology to simplify maintenance while maximising performance and longevity. The F-Class now features vibration-resistant lockbolts in place of traditional welding, improving structural integrity during high-vibration operations and making maintenance safer and more cost-effective.
The lockbolts also secure the bar rails to the cross beams, allowing for easy replacement when worn. The machine’s double eccentric shaft assembly maintains a constant stroke to ensure consistent material stratification, preserving product specification. Additionally, the dynamically balanced system minimises vibration transmission to the structure, allowing for multiple machine installations without compromising structural integrity.
Niagara Exciters
Also on display will be the Niagara Exciters, Haver & Boecker Niagara’s signature brand of vibrating screen exciters. Designed to extend service life and reduce maintenance, these exciters come standard on the company’s high-capacity vibrating screens, including the XL-Class and L-Class. Niagara Exciters are engineered to deliver precise stroke, frequency, and static moment for each application, optimising screening performance.
Pulse Diagnostics
Haver & Boecker Niagara will feature its Pulse Diagnostics portfolio, a comprehensive suite of tools designed to monitor the health of vibrating screens and preemptively address issues to improve productivity and efficiency. The suite includes Pulse Vibration Analysis, Pulse Condition Monitoring, and the Pulse Impact Test, providing mining operators with a holistic view of their machines. Visitors to the booth can experience Pulse Diagnostics firsthand at the interactive “Check Your Pulse” kiosk.
Rhino Hyde Liners
Additionally, the company will spotlight Rhino Hyde liners, which were first introduced at AGG1. These liners offer superior abrasion resistance and are crucial for protecting key wear areas in mining operations, such as chutes, hoppers, and vibrating screens. Rhino Hyde liners are essential for reducing wear and extending the lifespan of equipment throughout the mining process, from hauling to material handling and screening.
Haver & Boecker Niagara’s presence at MINExpo International underscores its commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the mining industry. The company’s advanced screening equipment and technology are designed to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mining operations worldwide.
