As Bauma 2025, the world’s largest construction tradeshow, prepares to open its doors from April 7th to April 13th in Munich, Germany, sustainability and alternative drive systems take centre stage. Leading the charge in innovation, Keestrack will present its latest advancements in aggregates, recycling, and mining processing equipment at booth FN 1016/9, unveiling two completely new machines designed for high efficiency and low environmental impact.
Introducing the R2 Impactor: ZERO-Drive and Diesel/Hydraulic Versions
Keestrack’s new R2 impact crusher expands its product range with a compact, high-performing tracked mobile unit tailored for urban environments where flexibility and mobility are paramount. With the full-electric ZERO-drive option, the R2 aligns with the growing demand for emission-free construction equipment in European cities.
The R2 impactor features a capacity of up to 150 t/h. It is equipped with a hopper that has a 3m³ capacity, an integrated vibrating feeder (3300 x 810mm), and a pre-screen (1250 x 810mm). The Hardox steel rotor, measuring 840mm in width and 920mm in diameter, is designed for minimal wear. Its hydrostatic drive allows for adjustable rotor speed to fine-tune grain size. The closed-circuit setup includes a 1200 x 3040mm after-screen, a magnet separator, and a windsifter. With a transport weight under 27 tonnes and a length of 13.05m, the R2 is both efficient and agile.
The R2 is also available in a conventional diesel/hydraulic version powered by the new DEUTZ TCD 5.2 L4 engine, compliant with EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4 standards and capable of running on biodiesel.
C7: A High-Capacity 3-Deck Classifier for Precision Screening
Keestrack will also introduce the C7, a triple-deck classifier designed for high-precision screening of sand and aggregates, capable of processing up to 600 t/h. The C7 features a 5450 x 1800mm triple-deck screen box with interchangeable meshes for quick changes and optimal screening efficiency.
The C7 is designed with walkways on each side to provide easy maintenance access. It has a quick setup process with no support legs required. Initially available in a diesel/hydraulic version, Keestrack is also developing a ZERO-drive full electric option for future release.
P3 Twin-Shaft Shredder: Versatile Waste Processing
Expanding its portfolio, Keestrack introduces the P3, its first tracked twin-shaft shredder, engineered for diverse applications, including construction and mineral waste, biomass, wood, industrial and household waste, plastics, and light metal waste.
The compact design of the P3 includes a 14.5-tonne operating weight. It features a large 1589 x 1200mm feed opening with 700mm diameter shafts. With a torque of 90,000 Nm per shaft, the combined power reaches 180,000 Nm. The automatic release system is enabled via reverse rotation. The shredder is powered by the DEUTZ TCD 5.2 L4 engine, which is compliant with EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4. Optional features include a magnetic separator, remote control, after-screen, and working lights.
B5 Heavy-Duty Jaw Crusher: Three Drive Options for Maximum Efficiency
Keestrack’s B5 is a robust, compact jaw crusher for primary crushing in quarrying and mining applications. Available in three drive configurations—diesel/hydraulic, hybrid plug-in, and full electric ZERO drive—the B5 offers versatile and sustainable crushing solutions.
The B5 features a 5m³ hopper with a hydraulic locking system, making it easy to load by an excavator or wheel loader. Its 2300 x 1000mm vibrating feeder automatically adjusts the feeding material to ensure optimal load capacity. A 2300 x 1000mm 2-deck pre-screen helps maximise crushing capacity while reducing wear. The jaw crusher has a feed opening of 1110 x 750mm, capable of processing feed sizes up to 600mm. Stroke settings are adjustable for hard stone or recycling applications. An automatic wear recovery system maintains consistent product quality, while the hydraulic sliding frame facilitates easy maintenance access. The B5 also includes a drop-off engine/gen-set compartment, improving servicing conditions in low-dust environments.
Sustainable Innovation at the Forefront
By integrating full-electric plug-in and hybrid solutions, Keestrack is providing efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solutions for the aggregates, recycling, and mining industries. Bauma 2025 visitors can explore Keestrack’s latest offerings firsthand at booth FN 1016/9, where the company’s experts will be available to discuss how these advanced crushing and screening solutions can drive profitability and sustainability in their operations.
