JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation business and a leading global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, has announced key leadership changes in its EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India) region to enhance operational excellence and customer service.
The organisational changes align with JLG’s strategic growth in the region, particularly following recent acquisitions in Europe. The changes aim to optimise business development, service, and customer engagement by refining roles and responsibilities within the leadership team.
Jonathan Dawson, VP & GM EMEAI – Verticals & Strategy, will expand his scope to include Business Development, M&A, Service, and Marketing while continuing to lead the vertical teams in EMEAI. With nearly 20 years of experience across various functions at JLG, Dawson is expected to drive a more comprehensive customer experience.
David Courtin, General Manager EMEAI Service and Business Development, will oversee the optimization of aftermarket operations across the region, ensuring enhanced service delivery and customer support. Additionally, Courtin will support Strategy and M&A efforts, leveraging his background in financial services, sales, and service.
Ian Hume, General Manager EMEAI Sales Operations, will lead all sales teams and activities in the region, ensuring strategic alignment and execution. Since joining JLG in 2017, Hume has played a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and distribution strategies.
Amadeus Bissot, General Manager Aftermarket, will focus on Aftermarket Parts operations and sales across EMEAI, reinforcing JLG’s commitment to superior parts availability and service.
These changes underscore JLG’s commitment to building a dynamic and agile organization, positioning the company for continued growth and innovation in the EMEAI market.
“I am confident this team will drive our strategy forward and deliver exceptional value for our customers and stakeholders,” said Rogerio Dos Santos, Vice President EMEAI Region and Global Strategy / Mergers and Acquisitions.
