Saudi Intermaint, a company specialising in comprehensive solutions across heavy industrial sectors such as cement, steel, power and mining, has confirmed it has secured its first EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract for a cement mill project.
The assignment covers engineering services and the enhancement of execution capabilities at the facility, the company stated in a LinkedIn update.
A leading provider of end-to-end solutions in heavy industry, Saudi Intermaint is a key subsidiary of the Egyptian-based International Company for Construction and Special Maintenance (Intermaint).
The achievement represents a major advancement in the firm’s capabilities, signalling its shift towards delivering fully integrated engineering and project execution solutions within the industrial sector, a company spokesperson said.
“We are grateful for the trust placed in us and are committed to completing this project to the highest standards of quality, safety and operational excellence, ensuring timely delivery and strict compliance with project requirements,” he added.
The announcement follows closely on the success of a significant milestone in an ongoing plant upgrade project for a valued client in Riyadh’s 2nd Industrial City.
“Through strong coordination, engineering expertise and a dedicated site team, key works have been safely completed on schedule, including critical mechanical installations, piping and steel structures,” the spokesperson noted.
“This milestone highlights our team’s commitment to quality, safety and timely delivery, reinforcing Saudi Intermaint’s ability to manage complex industrial projects with distinction,” he concluded.
