The Luxe Developers has appointed Aquapile Contracting to undertake the shoring and piling works for La Mazzoni, the developer’s US $626mn wellness-integrated luxury development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The appointment follows the official groundbreaking of La Mazzoni earlier this month, marking a key construction milestone for the project. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028, the developer noted. The construction of one of Italy’s largest agro-photovoltaic plants, located in Loreo, in the province of Rovigo, in the heart of the Po Delta is being supported by a large fleet of Bobcat machines. The firm said equipment including skid-steer loaders, telehandlers and mini-excavators are onsite. Raimondi Middle East has installed six flat-top tower cranes at the Aljada construction site in Sharjah, UAE. This marks the first time the company has installed cranes from its Raimondi T Series line on a GCC jobsite. The cranes, including four MRT159s and two T187s, were erected at the Aljada-based Central Business District jobsite.
