Manitou has launched its “Oxygen” low emissions platform range with four new electric platform models designed for greater maneuvrability and lower total cost of ownership (TCO). The 200 ATJe rough-terrain platform with a working height of 20 metres comes with four-wheel steer and a basket that can now take 250 kg of load, 30 kg more than on the two-wheel drive version. The final figures released by Messe München show that more than 495,000 visitors from over 200 countries visited Bauma for the world’s largest machinery trade fair, held from October 24 through 30. Bobcat has made its line-up of ground maintenance equipment (GME) available to customers across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The news was announced at Bauma 2022, which is currently taking place in Munich, Germany. The investment decision to install battery module manufacturing capacity in Ghent is another important step for the Volvo Group in shaping its future value chain for battery systems, the manufacturer says. Wolffkran has revealed a new fiber rope for tower cranes that can replace a steel rope 1:1 without any modification of the crane.
