Over the recent weeks businesses from the UAE and abroad have already added over 1,900 heavy equipment items and trucks to the inventory of the next Ritchie Bros. auction in Dubai, which will be held on May 24 & 25, 2016. People will be able to bid on a large number of used and unused hydraulic excavators, dump trucks, truck tractors, crawler tractors, wheel loaders and other equipment from a variety of brands.

    Particular auction highlights include:
    • 30+ mobile cranes, including 10 low-hour Sany hydraulic truck cranes (ranging from 25 to 75 ton)
    • 60+ excavators, including 10 unused 2015 Volvo EC210BLC prime hydraulic excavators
    • 20 motor graders, including 3 unused 2014 New Holland F200B graders
    • 20 dozers, including two unused Komatsu D275A-5R dozers
    • 40+ truck tractors, including 8 unused 2013 International Paystar 5900I 6×4 trucks

In the weeks leading up to auction day, Ritchie Bros. will continue to work closely with small and large companies to add industrial assets to the sale they no longer need. At the same time, interested equipment buyers from all over the world will be browsing the auction inventory on the Ritchie Bros. website, searching for the items they need to complement their fleets. On www.rbauction.com, each auction item has multiple photos and detailed information so an interested bidder can perform a virtual inspection. Items of interest can also be inspected in person prior to the auction during the viewing days. Registering to bid is free and bids can be placed on auction day in person at the Dubai auction site, live online via rbauction.com or by proxy.

    Unreserved

All Ritchie Bros. auctions are unreserved, which means all items are sold to the highest bidders on auction day without minimum bids or reserve prices. It is considered a fair and transparent auction method which attracts online and on-site bidders in large numbers. This makes it an attractive channel for equipment owners that have a desire to sell industrial assets they no longer need. Anyone interested in buying or selling at an upcoming auction should visit the Ritchie Bros. website or contact the Dubai office at +971.48.120.600.
