Case Construction Equipment has expanded its backhoe loader line-up in the UAE by launching the 570T model in a special event at its official dealer Al Shirawi Enterprises’ premises, which was attended by its key accounts and customers.

The first company in the world to introduce the backhoe loader – the Construction King factory-built tractor loader backhoe in 1957 – Case is already a major player in the backhoe segment in the Middle East with its 580 model. The introduction of the 570T, the company said, further expands its backhoe loader offering in the region, with the entry-level model designed to win over customers who are looking for productivity, versatility and fast return on investment (RoI).

“This launch was a great opportunity for our customers to experience first-hand the benefits of our new tractor backhoe loader and also to share information about their personal experiences with our company and the excellent after-sales service offered by our dealership,” said Franco Invernizzi, senior business director for the Middle East at CNH Industrial Construction Equipment, the owners of the Case brand.

“Operators have also acquired a better understanding of the possibilities our tractor backhoe loader offers, its performance and high productivity,” he added, speaking about the demonstration of the new machine by Case experts and the interactions between them and customers.

Those interactions and demonstrations were part of a two-day event by Case and Al Shirawi Enterprises that launched the 570T in Dubai. The first day, dedicated to more than 200 customers and key accounts, saw an impressive live show and product demonstration from expert Case operators while the second day included product walk-arounds and test opportunities for operators throughout the UAE to experience the performance of the Case 570T in the field. Attendies had the possibility to see the machine at work from close quarters and to receive advice from Case product specialists and sales team on the model.

The 570T backhoe loader is equipped with a proven S8000 FPT Industrial engine, which has already seen more than three million units manufactured and is well known in the Middle East market in other Case equipment. The turbocharged, four-cylinder engine delivers up to 86hp, high torque and best-in-class fuel economy, Case said. An air-to-air aftercooler system optimises the air induction with benefits in terms of efficiency and reduced fuel consumption. Combined with the Power Shuttle transmission which provides four speeds forward and reverse, the 570T backhoe loader delivers up to 402Nm of torque at just 1300rpm, the company added.

The S-shaped boom has been designed for premium digging and lifting performance and the heavy-duty structure ensures strength and durability thanks to thick, multi-plate fabrications, castings, and forgings which are conveniently placed in the most stressed points and include larger cylinders hinge plates in the main arm as well as bigger reinforcing plates on both ends, Case said. The 570T reaches deeper than any other backhoe loader in its segment with up to 5.58m in the Extendhoe dipper version.

On the front side, the straight loader arm has a loading capacity up to 3.7t and a best-in-class tipping height of 3.48m. The 4WD further increase performance and give extra traction in all-weather, muddy terrains while the hydraulic circuit delivers oil flow up to 123 litres per minute for the power needed to handle any attachment, Case said.

The 570T features the largest cab in the industry with wide door openings allowing easy entrance. An air conditioning system can also be fitted and the internal trim provides convenient storage compartments needed for maximum comfort together with a fully adjustable suspended seat. The design offers maximum safety and protection against roll over and falling objects, Case claims, while the large-sized glass windows and the one-piece rear glass with no pillars inprove all-round visibility.

The machine has also been designed for optimised serviceability, with a tilting hood for fast and easy access to the main service points for daily maintenance.

Case expects the 570T backhoe loader to enlarge its customer base and reinforce the brand’s presence in the Middle East.
