Bloom Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has announced significant construction progress across its projects in Jumeriah Village Circle in Dubai.
Despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights are both on-track to be completed on schedule, a statement from the developer said. It added that rigorous health and safety measures have been put in place and that construction work on the sites are fully operational.
The main work has advanced rapidly on both developments, with 72% of Bloom Towers and 60% of Bloom Heights completed respectively, the statement added.
Bloom Towers consists of three residential towers with 944 units. The units range from studios and one-bedroom apartments. Bloom Heights has 686 residential apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments across two high-rise towers.
Bloom Properties said it has over 6,000 units scheduled for delivery in upcoming projects, with future projects including the fifth phase of Bloom’s high-end residential community, Bloom Gardens in Abu Dhabi.
“Our operations, projects and businesses will continue despite the effects of the Covid-19 situation, with a main focus on the timely delivery of our existing developments in Dubai, where construction continues to make significant progress across Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights,” said a spokesman for Bloom Holding.
“We are working closely with our contractors to ensure on-schedule delivery for customers,” he stated.
“We have an ambitious development cycle and we are applying our intimate knowledge of the market to launch developments that correspond directly to the diverse needs of buyers and investors,” he added.
According to the spokesperson, Bloom Towers and Bloom Heights will embrace smart technology which will transform how residents and customers will be able to experience and interact with their workspaces and homes.
