Haulotte has appointed AVI Cranes as its exclusive distributor for the Israeli market, the company has announced.
The agreement gives Haulotte access to the Israeli market through the third largest rental company and the largest lift operator in Israel.
AVI Cranes has a large fleet of 1300 aerial work platforms (AWP’s) and recently placed an order for a mix of several types of Haulotte AWP’s including COMPACT scissor lifts, vertical masts, articulating and telescopic booms.
The deal was signed by AVI Cranes’ CEO Hila Yochanan and Patrick Murris, Managing Director of the Europe and Africa Zone during the recent “Open Up – Welcome Home” event, which was held at Haulotte’s headquarters in France.
Haulotte says as proof of the investment, it will now provide all technical documentation in Hebrew, while the distributor’s employees will also receive detailed training on Haulotte products and the latest technological innovations.
