Powered access manufacturer Sinoboom has launch a dedicated subsidiary for the Middle East region.
On April 24, a grand opening ceremony was held for the new Sinoboom Middle East subsidiary in Dubai with leading key accounts and representatives of regional mainstream industry associations and media joining the new local team and senior Sinoboom personnel at the event.
The manufacturer said the official marked the opening of a new chapter for Sinoboom in the Middle East market.
The Middle East subsidiary represents a substantial investment by Sinoboom in a facility that is designed to meet the needs of a well-developed market where high standards – in both product quality and service – are expected. The premises include a modern office, workshop and warehouse , which houses a large range of stock including scissor lifts, articulating and telescopic boom lifts and vertical mast lifts, supplemented by a wide parts inventory.
The Sinoboom Middle East team is based at the facility, providing full pre- and after-sales support to local customers.
At the opening ceremony, the guests closely observed and experienced Sinoboom equipment, and expressed high recognition of their high-end quality and intelligence.
During the ceremony, Sinoboom CEO, Susan Xu, delivered a passionate speech, in which she spoke about the establishment of the Middle East subsidiary being of great significance to Sinoboom’s global layout.
“Our plan and our strategy is really very simple: we want to provide our customers with a world-class service at a local level. That means service, support, spare parts and, of course, high-quality, well-designed platforms,” she remarked.
At the same time, she also gave a detailed introduction of Sinoboom’s used equipment remanufacturing services and green product development concept, which attracted a lot of interest and recognition.
Following Susan Xu’s speech, Dawei He, Global Sales and Marketing Director, and Andy Liu, Regional Head of MENA and India, shared the future development plan of the subsidiary.
