Mollo Group has announced the acquisition of Albatros S.r.l., a company based in Poncarale, Brescia. Effective from 1st July 2024, Albatros S.r.l. joins the Mollo rental point network, marking a new milestone in the group’s expansion strategy.
Mollo Group, led by brothers Mauro and Roberto Mollo, continues its growth trajectory by reinforcing its presence in the Brescia area, where it already operates centres in Castegnato and Rezzato. This acquisition underscores the group’s commitment to strengthening its foothold in regions where it has established strong roots.
Founded in 2003, Albatros S.r.l., also known as Albatros Piattaforme, specialises in the rental of professional lifting platforms. The company offers both “cold rent” (equipment-only rental) and “warm rent” (rental with a qualified operator). With a robust reputation in the rental and technical assistance sector, Albatros is well-known in the Brescia area for its quality service and expertise.
“We enthusiastically welcome Albatros and its employees to our Group,” stated Mauro Mollo, President of Mollo Group. “We are confident that together we can develop important synergies and increase mutual expertise, with the aim of continuously improving the service to our customers and achieving ever more ambitious goals.”
The integration of Albatros into the Mollo Group will allow the former to leverage Mollo’s solid and reliable structure. Customers of Albatros will now benefit from access to a widespread network of 60 rental centres across Italy, an extensive and high-quality range of equipment and services, and first-class digital solutions.
This acquisition is part of Mollo Group’s ongoing strategy to enhance its service offerings and expand its geographical footprint, ensuring that it remains a leading player in the rental market. The combined strengths of Mollo and Albatros are expected to drive significant growth and deliver enhanced value to customers in the Brescia area and beyond.
