Sinoboom has announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with Morocco’s Forges De Bazas SA to appoint the company as its full exclusive dealer in the North African country.
A statement from Sinoboom said that the exclusive dealership agreement is a “landmark and historic” one with one of Morocco’s “most prestigious and well-established” equipment distributors.
According to Ainoboom, this “strategic partnership grants Forges De Bazas full exclusive dealership rights for the Kingdom of Morocco and is underpinned by a multi-million-dollar investment and a bold, long-term market development strategy”.
The statement added that the agreement includes a comprehensive and aggressive growth plan covering new, used and refurbished equipment sales, as well as service, technical support and after-market solutions, “all tailored specifically to the rapidly evolving North African market”, with Morocco at its core.
Commenting on the announcement, Alistair Palacioglu, Vice President and General Manager of Sinoboom MEA, highlighted the critical role Sinoboom equipment plays in supporting major regional developments. He noted that following the successful use of Sinoboom equipment during the African Cup, alongside extensive stadium modernisation projects, airport expansions, and large-scale energy and hydropower developments, Sinoboom has strategically positioned itself with a partner of the highest pedigree.
