Linamar Corporation’s Skyjack division has confirmed it will debut a full lineup of next-generation electric scissor lifts and hybrid-electric articulating booms at CONEXPO 2026, taking place from 3–7 March at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The North American industry’s largest construction exhibition will provide operators, rental companies and fleet managers with the first hands-on look at Skyjack’s newest zero-emission and low-emission models designed to boost utilisation, ROI and environmental performance.
Skyjack President Charlie Patterson said the show offers the ideal platform to demonstrate how the company’s latest machines meet the demands of modern worksites.
“We look forward to engaging with customers and showing exactly how Skyjack’s quality engineered units can benefit rental companies and operators,” he said. “Skyjack’s new scissor lifts and articulating booms are an ideal choice for a wide range of indoor and outdoor construction, maintenance, and industrial applications and are designed to meet true jobsite performance expectations.”
Flagship Electric Scissor: SJ5545 E
Leading the display is the SJ5545 E, the highest-reaching scissor in Skyjack’s slab scissor range. The model delivers a working height of 51 ft (15.55 m) and a platform capacity of 770 lbs (349 kg), making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor access applications. The electric-drive system offers responsive, smooth control, while the model’s fully welded cross-braced scissor stack enhances rigidity and operator comfort at height.
The SJ5545 E can be driven at full height, provides a two-person wind rating at 22 ft (6.7 m), and offers one of the largest working areas in its class. Its robust, all-steel, anti-slip platform further supports Skyjack’s focus on durability and rental-ready design.
New Hybrid and Battery-Electric Articulating Booms
Skyjack will also present its new North America-ready SJ45 AJE+ and SJ60 AJHE+ articulating booms—machines developed to deliver rough-terrain capability while meeting performance expectations in low-emission and emission-restricted environments. The models share common specifications, parts and capacities across all-electric, hybrid and diesel versions.
According to Skyjack, this unified architecture enables rental companies to tailor powertrains to customer demand without altering the platform’s core performance, reach or dimensions. The new booms continue the brand’s reputation for strong drive performance, multi-function capability and reliability in challenging applications.
Additional Machine Line-Up and Accessory Options
Visitors can also view several of Skyjack’s best-selling units, including the SJ1056 TH telehandler, SJ3219 E scissor lift, and SJ3219 micro scissor lift.
Corey Connolly, Skyjack’s Head of Product Management, said the booth will also feature a broad selection of manufacturer-approved ACCESSORYZERS.
“Visitors to Skyjack’s booth at CONEXPO can also get first-hand experience with a number of manufacturer-approved ACCESSORYZERSTM that have been designed to add functionality and convenience,” Connolly explained. “Whether it’s helping you get materials to the work site, protecting equipment and operators, or enhancing productivity, Skyjack has the right accessory for the job.”
Highlighted accessories include perimeter lighting solutions, the ECOtray for fluid containment, and turf tyre options aimed at minimising ground disturbance.
Skyjack will be located at Booth F42054 at CONEXPO 2026.
